Breakaway is a placement agency for French individuals between 18 and 27 who want to spend a few months living and working in the UK.
From an employer’s point of view, we are more or less a recruitment agency that can supply quality French staff or trainees.
All our French clients have previously passed interviews and other selective stages, therefore we know that we are dealing with high calibre individuals who have got the profile that every employer would look for: hard-working, motivated, qualified and with a good level of English.
Our services go in two different categories:

We supply qualified staff to the hospitality and catering industries
All our clients who go through the selective stages but haven’t got any previous experience in the industry will undertake an intensive training course as soon as they arrive in the UK, before they start their job. References are available on request.
Our services to employers are completely free, we only ask them to pay their French staff the legal minimum wage.

We supply UK businesses with French students on unpaid work experience
To have a French trainee for a few weeks can be a huge opportunity for your company. Give your structure an international image? Start a project which has been outstanding for too long? Have an extra human resource at no cost?
Whatever your motive, our students have got the linguistic and academic abilities to suit the needs of your business.
All our French clients are 18 or older, so you will be dealing with adults who have decided themselves to go to the UK and undertake the challenge. They pay us a fee for the services that we provide, accepting these costs proves once again how motivated they are.
