SENDING ORGANISATION
Breakaway is a placement agency that helps Students or Individuals who wish to go to Ireland, Malta, Spain, Portugal or Crete for a few weeks or months to work and improve their language skills.
Aware of the importance of carrying out work experience in international environments, our aim is to provide opportunities to those wanting to acquire new professional skills.
Founded in 2008, our agency has a young and dynamic team, committed to find the best possible placements for your candidates, in accordance with their individual profiles and backgrounds.
We carry out regular follow-ups to ensure the success of their stay.
WHY BREAKAWAY?
We have been working with Sending Organisations for over 10 years, setting up with them some amazing mobility projects.
Most of our partners use Erasmus+ fundings to finance their projects, therefore we have a very good understanding of how Erasmus+ works and what it involves.
Our years of experience have allowed us to develop a solid network of employers – in most sectors - and accommodation providers – host families, house shares and apartments - in 5 different countries.
HOW DO WE WORK?
MEETING
Meeting to be set out with the Sending Organisation so we can discuss our future collaboration.
INTERVIEW
We interview each Participant in order to understand their profiles, expectations and language skills.
ONLINE PLATFORM
Once the placements are finalised, the Participant and Sending Organisation will be given access to an online platform where they will find all the details in relation to their mobility.
DOCUMENTS
We take care of the signature of the training agreements and/or any other official documents.
MEET AND GREET
Depending on the arrangements, we will meet and greet the Participant upon arrival, to make them feel welcome and at home from day one.
ASSISTANCE
A member of Breakaway will always be available, at any time, during the mobility.
FOLLOW UP
Our Team carries out regular follow-ups with the Participant and provides consistent reports to the Sending Organisation.
ASSESSMENT
We take care of the assessments (including paperwork) with the Employer at the end of the Participant’s internship.
